: Ancient prophets in the Bible and Book of Mormon have warned us repeatedly that destructive events will occur in our day. By preparing ourselves, both temporally and spiritually, we will be ready to respond to these emergencies or disasters. Disasters can happen at any time. We see disasters happen with Storms, Earthquakes, Volcanic Events, even Monetary Collapse, or job loses and illness. Everyone of these is a disaster. It is wise to follow the advice of Heavenly Father and Christ Jesus the Son in the Holy Scriptures.
